• Use a non-slip rug pad under the rug to keep the rug in place and to add an extra layer of protection. Rug pads are recommended for all rugs that are placed on radiant heated floors.
• Apply an absorbent dry powder cleaner directly to the affected area. Let stand for 15 minutes, and vacuum until all powder is gone. Repeat as necessary. See our care page for recommended cleaners
• Immediate treatment of any spill is very important. Blot up liquids with a paper towel or color free absorbent cloth. Scoop up solids with the end of a knife or spoon.
• Regular and thorough vacuuming is the best way to remove soil and dirt particles before they become embedded. If threads are pulled to the surface during vacuuming, do not attempt to pull out the loose fibers, rather, clip the loose fibers with scissors.

PayPal is offered for customers in the US, UK, and Canada. Please note that prepaid gift cards and money orders are not supported at this time.

All rugs are billed in full at time of order.

For standard order rugs up to 8x10, you may cancel at any time prior to shipment for a full refund.

Custom colorways or custom-sized rugs are non-refundable after 24 hours, but please contact us should you have any questions and we will do our best to find an agreeable solution.

Shipping Destinations

Our products are available for delivery across the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Australia, and France. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, and U.S. territories may take slightly longer to arrive. For security and reliability, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses, and cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged by such services.
