Domestic Shipping

We ship across the U.S. from our New England warehouse via tracked services & ship worldwide via DHL. Standard domestic delivery of in-stock items is usually 3–5 business days.

Made to order and custom products typically ship within 4-6 weeks; products with longer leadtimes, like our SuperLuxe collection, will show on the product page.

Expedited Shipping options are available, and expedited manufacturing of custom orders may be available depending on our artisan partner availability.

Free Shipping Offer

We provide Free Standard shipping on all orders over $150.  Minimum order amount is calculated after all discounts, before taxes.  

Large items requiring freight, such as rugs larger than 8' x 10', International Orders and trade/B2B orders, may not qualify for this promotion.

Furniture Shipping

To ensure safe travel for our hand-crafted furniture, most pieces are delivered by a freight company to the place of residence.
