Our outlet provides exceptional savings on photo samples, floor models and other first-quality products. Products are always in very limited quantities, though occasionally we will take backorders on sale products.
Unless noted, all products in the outlet are first quality and have never been returned.
In select cases we are able to offer exceptional quality pre-owned vintage and limited edition products as part of our effort to give customers peace of mind when buying used. These products will always be marked with a "pre-owed" badge on the product and follow our standard return policy.

No. These are first-quality pieces that are discontinued, short-run or one-of-a-kind. Any cosmetic variations are explicitly noted in the product title, should we have any available.
Can sale items be returned?
