We gladly accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, alongside digital payment options such as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Affirm (available in the US). PayPal is offered for customers in the US, UK, and Canada. Please note that prepaid gift cards and money orders are not supported at this time.

Payment Due at Order & Cancellations

All rugs are billed in full at time of order.

For standard order rugs up to 8x10, you may cancel at any time prior to shipment for a full refund.

Custom colorways or custom-sized rugs are non-refundable after 24 hours, but please contact us should you have any questions and we will do our best to find an agreeable solution.

Shipping Destinations

Our products are available for delivery across the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Australia, and France. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, and U.S. territories may take slightly longer to arrive. For security and reliability, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses, and cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged by such services.
