Custom Orders

Custom Sizing
All angela adams rugs can be custom sized to meet your needs, down to the inch.  This can be done at no additional cost, provided the rug is over 15 square feet.  Pricing for custom rugs is based on the retail price per square foot of the closest standard size for that design.  

Custom Colors
All angela adams rugs can be customized to meet your custom color requirements.  Changes to colors from our library over over 250 colors are made at no cost, while made-to-match customizations may incur additional fees.  

Please note that while our 100% New Zealand wool collections have near-infinite customization options, due to the nature of certain materials (e.g. natural jute) we are not always able to accommodate every color in every design.  

Custom Shapes
Most angela adams rugs are able to be customized for unique spaces where conventional shapes may not fit.  While Rectangular and Round are our most common requests, Ovals, U-Shape, Triangle and Organic designs present no problems at all.  

We generally do not charge for custom shape requests, however depending on the specifics of the project, this may not be possible.  Your customer care advisor will inform you early in the process if fees may apply.

Many of our rugs are available to customize online directly from the product page.  This feature is intended to help visualize options, but every custom order will be rendered by a member of our design team and submitted to you for approval prior to any order being finalized.

Ordering Process & Leadtimes

Ordering Process
Once you submit a custom request, either through our online customizer or via email, our customer care team will reach out within 1 business day to ensure we have everything necessary to bring your request to our design team.  

You can expect a custom rendering within 2-3 business days.  Provided that rendering meets your needs, we provide a final quote and spec document for your review and digital signature.  From there, it's on to our artisans!

Leadtimes & Shipping
Typically custom orders are received to our warehouse within 8-10 weeks of being submitted, though more complex customizations may take up to 12 weeks. 

Should your timeline be flexible, please let our advisor know as we make every effort to balance customer satisfaction with minimizing the carbon footprint of our freight requirements.
