Returns
We strive to ensure the angela adams products you purchase fully meet your expectations. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days for a refund but must fall within the return policies. Refunds will not include original or return shipping costs and require a 10% restocking/handling fee.
Custom area rugs and furniture are non-returnable. These items were made to your specific specifications therefore they may not be returned. Made to Order area rugs larger than 8×10 are non-returnable.
All rugs purchased during a sale, promotion or from the Outlet are considered final sale, sold as-is and are non-returnable.
Promotional pricing cannot be used on previously placed orders.
For returns that fall within our policies, please contact us. We will work together to make sure your return goes smoothly.
Cancellations
If your selection is not custom or made to order, please contact customer service within 24 hours if a change is required. Custom and made to order rugs can be cancelled within 24 hours and will be subject to a processing fee.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your new and unused rug for another rug, you may do so within 30 days if the rug is still new and has not been used. The exchange credit will be equal to the amount of the original purchase, and it will be applied toward another rug.
In stock rugs can be returned and exchanged for a different rug. Shipping costs and 10% restocking/handling fee will apply.
Manufacturer’s Defect
All of our rugs are hand crafted with the finest quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship. We ensure that our rugs are of excellent quality and if cared for properly, will last for generations.
In the event that a defect is detected upon initial inspection, we will replace the rug or correct the issue as quickly as possible.
