Shipping + Returns
All in-stock items will be fulfilled within 5-7 days and will ship via FedEx or freight carrier for oversized items, including 9’x12’ x 11’x14’ rugs. Freight carriers schedule deliveries Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.
Rugs will be shipped with signature required at drop-off. Accessories will not require a signature when delivered.
Additional charges apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact Customer Service for a shipping quote.
Please contact Customer Service for an international shipping quote. International shipping fees include transportation only. Clients are responsible for taxes, duties, and custom fees upon arrival. An estimate for these fees will be provided.
To ensure safe travel for our hand-crafted furniture, most pieces are delivered by a moving company to the place of residence. Shipping rates are determined by destination address, weight of piece, and service requested. If you would like to receive a quote on delivery for a potential furniture piece, please contact Customer Service.
Merchandise must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days. Returns are accepted for merchandise credit within 30 days. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns of 5’x8′ rugs and larger.
Custom items and Sale items are Final.
