Domestic Shipping
All in-stock items will be fulfilled within 1-3 Business Days and will ship via FedEx or freight carrier for oversized items, including 9’x12’ x 11’x14’ rugs. Freight carriers schedule deliveries Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

Additional charges apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact Customer Service for a shipping quote.

International Shipping
Please contact Customer Service for an international shipping quote. International shipping fees include transportation only. Clients are responsible for taxes, duties, and custom fees upon arrival. An estimate for these fees will be provided.

Furniture Shipping
To ensure safe travel for our hand-crafted furniture, most pieces are delivered by a moving company to the place of residence. Shipping rates are determined by destination address, weight of piece, and service requested. If you would like to receive a quote on delivery for a potential furniture piece, please contact Customer Service. RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Warehouse Pick-Up
Rug and Furniture orders may be picked up at our Warehouse on Fridays 1-3pm. When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a phone call confirming your pick-up day and time.

Returns
Merchandise must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund. Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days. Returns are accepted for merchandise credit within 30 days. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns of 5’x8′ rugs and larger.

Custom items and Sale items are Final.
